Author Guidelines
Instructions for the preparation of the paper for publishing in the Proceedings of SYMPOL 2023 are given in the template (A4) which can be downloaded from here. Specific guidelines are given for all elements such as abstract, headings, figures, tables and references. To maintain uniformity and quality for the Proceedings of SYMPOL 2023, care must be taken to adhere to the fonts and types prescribed. Submit your paper using EasyChair Conference Management Software.
Best Paper Award
A Best Paper Award has been instituted for the best paper presented and published in the Proceedings of SYMPOL 2023.
Student Poster Program
All full-time Post Graduate Engineering or Science students or Research Scholars enrolled in an accredited university are eligible to be considered for the SYMPOL 2023
student poster program. Eligible students for the Poster program must submit an extended abstract of not less than 1,000 words,
describing the work, status, results, etc. of a project in any of the relevant areas of SYMPOL. Selected posters will be displayed during the symposium.
Posters should be prepared in A1 size (Landscape) with high quality texts and graphics. Authors should bring the color print out of the poster in A1 paper size. Brochure can be downloaded from here.
The authors selected to participate in the Student Poster Program will have to send the full paper describing the work before the date mentioned in the program schedule.
Best Poster Award
The posters will be judged during the Poster Session and awards will be presented to the Best Poster on the occasion of SYMPOL 2023
